Our showroom and warehouse is located at 830 Burlway Road in Burlingame, California 94010. The showroom is open by appointment only. Please call us at least 24 hours in advance to set up a convenient time.

All of our umbrellas are designed for everyday commercial outdoor use. The frames usually require no more than soap and water for cleaning. Most of our umbrellas are covered with Sunbrella which is a superior material for outdoor use and is warranted for (5) years of normal use.

Please note that we strive to post accurate colors for all of our umbrellas. However, individual monitors and processors may show the color differently than the actual material. We are very pleased to send frame samples and fabric swatches by Priority Mail so that you can know exactly what you are purchasing.

Our site is secure and safe for online credit card transactions. You are welcome to call us if you prefer to speak with a representative or have any special requirements.

Delivery Times

Most of our umbrellas are made to order. Umbrellas made in the USA & Canada are usually ready in (2) to (3) weeks. Typical shipping times range from (2) to (6) workng days.

Our larger and high wind umbrellas are made in Europe and are usally ready in (3) weeks. Transit times range from (5) to (8) weeks. This time can be reduced with air freight but it is very costly.

Please note that all umbrellas, cabanas & pavilions are considered special orders and may not be cancelled after the order is placed.

Freight

All of our shipments are FOB Allegro Classics warehouse. Freight charges are based on item weight and volume.

We request that all motor freight carriers call to schedule an appointment at least (24) hours in advance. The appointments are usually scheduled within a 2-hour time period. We strive to select carriers with good service reputations. However, occasionally unforeseen delays may occur. Please call us if we can help in any way to expedite the delivery.

Our normal motor freight delivery is curb-side. The motor freight carrier will bring the umbrellas & bases to your loading dock or driveway only.

We are pleased to offer inside delivery for $195.00 per order. The motor freight carrier will deliver the items to your specific site. Please note that this is limited to (1) flight of stairs and additional charges may apply for deliveries on high floors and hard to reach outdoor areas. Please notify us before shipment if you would prefer "inside delivery" service.

We are pleased to also offer white glove delivery where the crew will place, unwrap and assemble the furniture,umbrellas or cabana and remove all refuse. White glove service is quoted depending on the size of the order, assembly required and the shipping destination. Please note that additional charges may apply for areas remote from major metropolitan areas and deliveries in New York City, NY, Eastern Long Island and Chicago, IL. Please notify us before shipment if you would prefer "white glove delivery" service.

Delivery

Please be sure to inspect all shipments on delivery and note any freight damages on the receiving document. All shipments should be signed with the notation "pending inspection" in case there is any damage hidden within the packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept any freight damage claims more than (5) days after delivery. We cannot consider claims for products that are received without a signature.

International Shipments

We are pleased to ship to worldwide. Please call or e-mail us for a specific quote including customs , brokerage and international freight.

Damages

Please notify our customer service by phone at 877.727.8800 or e-mail at operations@allegroclassics.com at your earliest opportunity if there is a problem with your order. Please send images of the damage if at all possible as this greatly helps us identify the exact problem and the best and quickest remedy.

Returns

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase.

We usually request that you ship the products back to our CA warehouse at your expense. A 25% restocking fee may be assessed if the products are not returned in the original packaging. We can only accept new products and cannot accept items that are worn or damaged. Umbrellas are non-cancellable and cannot be returned as they are made to order. Please call us in advance of shipping back any returns.

Please note that we cannot consider returns if it is more than (21) days after the delivery date.

Warranty

Allegro Classics LLC warrants to you, the original purchaser, that our furniture, umbrellas and accessories and all its parts and components are free of defects in material and workmanship. If you find a defect in material or workmanship in any part or component, Allegro Classics LLC will, at Allegro Classic's or the manufacturer's option, repair or replace the product at no charge. "Defects" as used in this warranty, are defined as any imperfection in material or workmanship that will impair the use of the product. Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of parts and components. The warranty does not cover: (1) defects caused by improper assembly, (2) defects caused to the product because of product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence after purchase, (3) normal wear and tear due to age and (4) labor or assembly costs.

All Allegro Classics residential warranties are limited to no more than five year warranties, unless otherwise specifically noted, and are limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. All Allegro Classics LLC commercial warranties are limited to no more than three years from date of receipt, unless otherwise specifically noted, and are limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. In some cases, product wear and tear may be depreciated for the time the product was in use.

In no event will Allegro Classics LLC be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of any product.
